Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VTRON's website and workspace services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Services

VTRON provides software engineering studio services and a client workspace for discovery, project collaboration, and delivery coordination. Engagement scope, fees, and deliverables for custom work are defined in separate statements of work or proposals.

Accounts

• Maintain confidentiality of your credentials
• You are responsible for activity under your account
• Use must comply with applicable law
• Do not misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access

Intellectual Property

Platform content, branding, and original features are owned by VTRON unless otherwise agreed in writing for client deliverables.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VTRON is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.
